Fulcrums - Portals of Wholeness

“Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.“
Archimedes

This course focuses on the depths and dimensions of Fulcrum. It provides a broad understanding of fulcrums and the skills to recognize fulcrums and their function in Craniosacral practice so that you can work with them. We will be looking at the classical definitions, anatomical function, and material foundation, and also explore the spirit and essence of the fulcrum - beyond its classical description.

"A fulcrum doesn't do anything itself; it creates possibilities."
Fritz Smith, M.D., D.O.

The holistic perspective on health and its relevance to therapy and everyday life can deepen.
Students and practitioners who follow a more mechanical/technical approach in their practice, will also benefit from this class.
Through the combination of lecture, visual materials, experiential exercises, hands-on work, and discussion, we'll take a multi-faceted view of the manifold and even fractal nature of fulcrums.

This supports the understanding and integration of Wholeness as Health, and its implication for any practice modality, as well as in everyday life.

“At the heart of every fulcrum, there is love.”
Giorgia G. Milne
