Our many years of experience in the fields of natural healing methods, Yoga, Ayurveda, psychology and meditation, as well as more than 47 years of working with patients and clients, contribute to the high standards of the ECYT Study Programs and Educations. We have developed specific teaching methods to provide the highest possible quality and holistic integration. The programs fulfill the personal and professional standards for adult education. At ECYT we provide a methodological and didactic framework for exploration and integration of the teaching material as well as for personal development processes thus progressively enabling the students to support and teach others in well-founded ways:

• Foundation: seminars, workshops and intensive programs in Yoga, Ayurveda as well as in Western Natural Healing Methods
• Yoga Teacher Educations (4 ½ years)
• Post Graduate Yoga Teacher Programs
• Yoga Therapy Study Programs Level I - IV (5 years, based on a completed Yoga Teacher Education)
• Post-Graduate Studies for Yoga Therapists
• Research in the field of Yoga, Therapy and Natural Healing Sciences
• International cooperation with experts, institutes, organizations, and universities in the areas of Yoga, comparative religion, philosophy, psychology, education, medicine/natural healing sciences, and health

Furthermore ECYT offers a forum for internationally important topics concerning Yoga and therapeutical approaches, the interdisciplinary study of Yoga, Ayurveda and Natural Medicine as well as the possibility to continuously deal with these topics intensively. 

The programs offered at ECYT and at the Weg der Mitte Health and Healing Centers are complementary to each other. Weg der Mitte  offers in addition Ayurveda, Wellness and Benefit Health programs^®, summer camps, Yoga holidays, conferences as well as comprehensive study programs for Natural Medicine.
